• Made with Memories operates in accordance with the trading requirements as outlined by Rockingham City Shopping Centre.
• We endeavour to offer every customer a safe and secure shopping environment and trust our staff will offer friendly, profession service at all times.
• Customer feedback, compliments and complains are always welcome and management hope to respond to all enquiries in a timely, appropriate matter.
• Refunds and exchanges are in accordance with State Retail Trading & Consumer Advice guidelines
• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and treated accordingly. Please be aware that they need to be presented at time of purchase and can not be redeemed or replaced if lost.
• Workshop monies must be paid in advance and cancellation within 38 hours of scheduled session may result in loss of workshop fee. Money paid for workshops will not be included or customer loyalty cards.
• Children must be supervised at all times when in the store and any damage to product will be incurred by the accompanying adult.
• Use of equipment will incur a minimal cost and customers must obtain staff supervision and / or permission with each use.
